This agreement applies to paid subscription features in Morph, including premium quality output, no watermark, and priority support.
Subscriptions are auto-renewing by default. You can cancel renewal from iOS Settings - Apple ID - Subscriptions - Morph.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Refund handling follows App Store policy and local legal requirements. Duplicate billing or technical failure cases can be reviewed via official channels.
Subscription status verification may be used only for service entitlement checks. This does not include biometric profile collection.
Even as a subscriber, Morph does not collect, process, or retain face biometrics and does not build personal facial identity datasets.
Morph may optimize subscription features. Major changes will be shown in app notices. If required by policy, eligible users may follow refund channels.
To the extent allowed by law, service interruption, platform billing channel issues, or force majeure events are handled under applicable legal and platform rules.
Updated terms become effective after publication in app policy pages.
