User Agreement

1. Agreement Scope

This User Agreement governs your access to and use of Morph. By using Morph, you agree to this agreement together with the Privacy Policy and Subscription Agreement (if applicable).

2. Service Description

Morph provides portrait image fusion functionality. Feature availability may vary by app version, device capability, and platform rules.

3. User Responsibilities

Use Morph lawfully and respect third-party intellectual property rights.
Ensure uploaded photos are owned by you or properly authorized.
Do not use the app for illegal, abusive, or infringing content generation.

4. Privacy and Data Commitments

Morph privacy commitments remain effective for all users:

Morph does not collect facial biometrics, does not establish face identity databases, and does not retain face recognition profile data.

5. Local Content Management

Generated result images are managed locally by your device unless you actively choose to export or share content.

6. Service Availability

We may perform maintenance or updates to improve reliability and security. Temporary interruptions may occur due to network conditions, platform policies, or maintenance windows.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights in app software, interface design, and service architecture belong to Morph and relevant rights holders. This agreement grants a limited personal use license only.

8. Limitation of Liability

Within applicable legal limits, Morph is not liable for indirect losses caused by third-party platform changes, network issues, force majeure, or misuse in violation of this agreement.

9. Agreement Updates

We may update this agreement as required by law, product evolution, or platform policy changes. Updated content is displayed in app policy pages.
